Im going to be honest with you since no one else isnt. This isnt good. Color palette is not pleasing to the eye in most scenes, I can see many corners cut in animation in scenes where attention to detail is important. Dont be surprised if Bones, or Toei wants nothing to do with you. Maybe Studio Wit will take you in.
Not good enough for high quality animation. Not bad enough to have some pity for a lone low budget animator.

Love your work! Also huge respect for your animating skills. If you're looking for some inspirations I strongly recommend animating Stormlight Archive. There's not much of it on YT, yet it would be truly epic!
